Sorry I missed you at Imber, did see the wagon but not you.

I so need to pull my finger out and get the last 148 caches so I can join you in the 1k club.

And I need to get the last 445 caches to join the 2K club. I hope to be a member by the end of next year (Jan through June, not sure how much I will be able to cache due to revision )

If I was still caching at the same rate as I did when I started in 2010, I would be on at least 2763 finds, rather than 1555

I had hoped to find 100 caches in 4 days. I was doing well on the first 2 and got 53, then yesterday with the rain just 7. So I was thinking no way can I get the 100. Last night the weather forecast was good so a plan was created and together with a friend we set off to N Devon very early this morning.
Now N Devon has some lovely sized rings and I am planning to get there and tackle several over a few days. But that is later in the year and for now I wanted 40 caches and this was a good area to get them.
Literally as it was light enough the first was found. Then the ring and having done really well and passed my target of 40 by quite a margin the cache and dashes started.
Target of 100 finds in 4 days, destroyed! 102 finds in 1 day hehe. So on the just 4 days after my 1000th I'm on 1160. I might see if I can get 1000 by the end of the month. If I do then any sweepstakes as to how many I can find in a year?
