I wonder if I could get my Fair Lady to put off going down to Cornwall to see it, although I really want to get down there as soon as possible, even if it is still Feb.

Thanks for feedback on here people - encouraging. I'll work on a cache listing page and submit it ASAP for review. As soon as it's published I'll post the link to the listing page on this thread.

On Cachewalker, I have been asked questions about parking and the risk of flooding at the event location. In case anyone here doesn't look at Cachewalker, this is what I've posted there:
"The road through the village is reasonably wide, so I don't anticipate there being any problems parking. There's a small pull off area at one of the parking waypoints and there's also the pub car park (they do say on their website that they open for some bores, but I don't yet know if that will include this one).
I'm not aware of any particular problems of flooding here, although there's always the risk of it occurring. I intend to check the location out either on the Friday night on my way home from work or on a roundabout route to/from my daughter's swimming lesson on the Saturday morning, and then log an 'Announcement' on the cache listing page."
I have found very few caches around that area, so will look to go find one or two more whilst I am that way. Of the few I have found though I can recommend to anyone travelling from afar GHQ Stop Line - Whitminster which is just off the M5 J13, and also the area of some of the Towpath Walk caches which are alongside a piece of operational canal. Towpath Walk #7 as I remember is very close to the event, has a parking spaces alongside the canal, plus there was a little coffee shop and loos there. It was a few months ago since I visited, so if anyone knows if different now then please say.

I'd definitely recommend "GHQ Stop Line - Whitminster". There are the "Towpath Walk" caches in the area, plus quite a few Church Micros. If you want to stop off in Dursley on the way through then the newer caches on Stinchcombe Hill by HobleyGoblin and the Great T'phon are getting a good proportion of FP's by finders. Let me know if you'd like me to post links. If you have the time and inclination for a multi then "UV Breakdown" - GC3R0CV (also by HobleyGoblin) is a bit of fun.
