I won't log a will attend yet, but atm I'm on earlies and there isn't usually any kids activities late on a Wednesday so all being well, we could be there.
I edited the first post to include it as a calendar entry here
There were quite a few active cachers in Malmesbury a year ago or so. It will be interesting to see if this event wakes a few of them up. Let's hope so, and that the event is a success for you
PDBG, No worries, would be great to see you there, especially since we did the southern circular at the same time by half an hour.
Gackt, I know, from either the CO to some names i've seen around, hopefully they check the boards and find the event.
Sadly the pub doesn't no normal food but only buffets if organised. This is a first try, can always move on to another pub for future ones. I've organised enough events in Bristol that this should be easy, just not so many people I know!
I would like to come down to the event as well but can't put will attend as I'm unsure if I can. If I do, there is a cacher down that way that I would like to find at least one of their caches - their name starts with a "6" - that will just leave "5" & "7" and then I will have completed cachers name challenge i.e. 0 to 9 & A to Z.

6Treasureseekers have the Common Road series of 5 caches, if you drive it, very quick series, but the road isn't really easy as it's basically a single track road with a few passing place point. It's not far, and over the space of 2 miles.
Right all, I've submitted a cache for review, once done, it will be to my knowledge the first Unknown Cache in Malmesbury, I've launched it a fortnight before the actual event. Gives plenty of time to break the code.
I remember when there was only one cache of any type in Malmesbury That actually wasn't so very long ago.
Look forward to seeing it pop up.
I also messaged Split pin about your event yesterday to say about the event. I don't think he has done any caching of late, but I let him know as he is a family member that lives very close by to the event location.
Update: On the new cache, it's disabled until I can get a reviewer to answer some points about it and the possibility of not having to move it. I did not know there would be such a problem.
On other news I will instead, if I can't launch the new Unknown, I will launch a traditional one on the day of the meet.
I'm STILL waiting for a reviewer to publish the new cache in Malmesbury, but for those coming today, If it isn't live by 9pm, I can be bribed for it's location.
