Diamonds worth £10,000 to be hidden around Cheltenham for treasure hunt
"They are considered to be a girl’s best friend and have been prized and even fought over for centuries.
But come September, Cheltenham will be dripping in diamonds in the world’s most extravagant treasure hunt.
The spa town is set to be the backdrop for a mission to recover 10 real diamonds, which will be hidden at various key landmarks on the weekend of September 13.
The Great Diamond Rush is being organised by Beards Jewellers in association with Cheltenham-based charity Maggie’s, which provides free practical, emotional and social support for people with cancer.
No stone should be left unturned to recover the precious prizes secreted in locations ranging from public parks to hotels and shops." read on
