Depends where you are I guess, I was in Gorse Hill, Walcot and Freshbrook...not many redeeming features! I did serve my final year in Old Town which was much nicer
I had and still have great friends from my Swindon days, good memories of the Wheaty and Level 3 - I mountain biked alot when I lived there and LOVE the Ridgeway, but sorry, there's not much about Swindon itself I like at all.

Not the best areas of Swindon, to be honest, although I served time in Penhill and Gorsehill. And I used to frequent said establishments, but that shows your age too! Swindon is a very convenient place to get to other nice places rather quickly though. And you are right, the ridgeway does have some great walks, all within minutes drive of Swindon. And I did read recently that if you dream of something or someone, in whatever context, you secretly miss them!
Haha, brilliant! Ok, maybe I do...but don't tell anyone...
Is Lev still there? It changed to the Furnace after I left Swindon I recall. It was a while ago wasn't it...I'm 40 this year, and still waiting to wake up one morning and actually feel like a grown up

Yeah, its the furnace now but every once in a while they do level 3 nights still. I'm 37 this year and started at level 3 when I was 16 so you never know, we may have met!
Ha, probably did! I was Lisa Knight back in those days - I dropped out of New College and then restarted at Regent Circus after a year, so most people I knew then were a year or two younger than me

Not a name I recognise, but that doesn't mean anything. Just drank stupid amounts of beer and danced like a goodun, didn't exchange names! Not much has changed, although the dancing is less and the beer is now wine!
Yep, loads more faces I know by sight but not name in Swindon too. I went to a Pop Will Eat Itself and Neds Atomic Dustbin reunion gig in Birmingham last year, the mosh pit lasted about ten minutes before everyone got knackered
Something from deep in middle earth is whispering to me that I should be reading something Tolkien, but I have actually just started this morning on the second Caching Out series book by Morgan Talbot, Death Will Attend.
