Hello and welcome dododreams to Cotswold Caching I think I can guess which cache that was that had the stickers in, the same one walk tall found then breathed life into the forum at the start Very happy you checked us out here.
barrefly, I think I am in South Cerney tomorrow for eldest son's football, so I'll do a check on the Churn cache to see if it's still there as it's not far from the playing fields. It did take me a couple of looks before I found that one too, so you're not alone.
Nick - thanks for that link, I'll have to search out this pic I saw of someone who'd had a tattoo of the artwork - it was impressively done!
Gackt, cool! That's the end of the village I live at, went for another search for the Churn cache today and still no luck. Is it in one of those tiny green cylinders rather than a tub, do you remember? Until I found the Cerney Crossing cache today I wasn't aware that micros could actually be THAT small Thanks for that though, I think my first few easier caches lulled me in to a false sense of security!

I have to say that I can't remember the color or the exact shape of the container, it was over two years ago when I found. But it was not a very big one, that I do remember.
Caches can get a lot smaller than the Cerney Crossing one Some are evil. But the Churn one is not that small, unless the container has been changed since I found. It is just hidden well.

Hello! I'm Chris (chr15williams) and I started caching in Easter 2008 courtesy of a Times article introducing caching on the Easter Egg hunt theme. Off and on ever since. My kids think I'm weird for doing it, but they're teenagers so what do they know?! I live in Fairford and have a couple of local caches to introduce folk to our little town.

Hi Chris, glad you joined after my little note about the forum and yes, I enjoyed your caches round Fairford
Hi All, Just discovered this forum so thought I'd join in. I've been caching since October 2005 and am still trying to clear all the caches within a few miles of home - new ones keep appearing. Thought it would be good to get to know a few more cachers so look forward to virtually meeting you all via the internet.
Thanks walktall - I only managed two finds yesterday (the new Earthcache at Cam Peak, and Little Clifford) but hope to get out in the sun today. Congrats on your 5,000th find - I was happy to top 800 t'other day
Hi all, just registered after having the forum bookmarked for a few days. Been caching for about 4 weeks now, and we do it as a family (including the dog!). Loving it so far although i think i'm the only one who wants to do the 5/5's!
Geocaching always does seem so exciting in the early days, and what's best is there are more local caches to find - I was surprised how little of our immediate (10 mile) area I had never discovered!
I've still not done a 5/5 and it's been three years - I personally prefer the walking side of caching, so have just never got round to doing something 'different', and have missed out on a couple of group trips to several 5/5s this year
