What is your all time favourite Geocache find from the area of the Cotswolds? Is there one find that stands out above all others to you? If there is, please let us know in a post below or by pm to myself.
When we have an overall winner, I will have a certificate / poster made up to present to the winning cache owner.
Rules: The published coordinates for the cache must be located on or within the boundaries of the Cotswolds. For this award the boundaries are being defined by THIS MAP.
The cache must be an active cache at the time of nomination.
This award is for a single cache. If you feel a ring or series of caches are deserving, then please choose your individual favourites from them to nominate.
The cache can be of any type and from any listing site.
Nominations can be put forward up until midday of Saturday 22nd December.
From 23rd December through to 6th January the nominations will be put to the vote here to determine our overall winner. If I feel the nomination list is of an excessive length, awarded favourites may be used to prune the list.
Deviating from the topic already.. Relating to the puzzle on that cache, I would be really interested to know if those puzzles can be done by using only one eye? I ask the question because I have very poor sight in one eye. I have never been able to see one of those type of pictures, and was wondering if that was my problem, or if I just have not got the technique right yet.
You need both eyes to be able to generate the '3D' image. I have a caching friend who can't do these either, so gets me to give him the answer off the picture

Oh ok, you confirmed what I thought. Another thing to add to my 'never will be able to' list. First on the list was 'never can be an airline pilot' that I was told when I was four years old Never mind.
Thank you, yep, I found that one too. I had a quick play using the nominated cache above, but didn't succeed in revealing anything clearly using it. I will have a bit more of a play at some point though.
*moves hand very slowly and reluctantly to retract in case there is a change of heart there* There are many caches out there that are just ... caches. This one is about the location. It takes you to quite an impressive feature.
