Still catching up with my caching from the Gower, plus all that none caching stuff. So will update the list with my Y,N & G's but I would like to try the two webcams and as I've got a few hours spare, could try those before the rest of you are in town perhaps
In honesty, You are probably best doing them with us because they are a pain at night and with the underground or bus not running in that direction so early, we could grab them when there for a virtual
Plus I'm sure Gackt and Storm will want to do them too.
I shouldn't have looked but also a sidetracked and Church Micro nearby
Experience tells me that when going to London you need a plan. You can waste a huge amount of time wandering around deciding where to go, I have spent several days in London wandering around without actually ever deciding where to go, but I have seen some very interesting places by doing so.
Don't know about others experiences but can I suggest we go to Greenwich. There are 4 virtuals fairly close together plus you get to go on DLR, which is an experience if you have never done it. We could also get off at Canary Wharf and do GC3WXT9 which looks an interesting concept.
Is everyone happy to meet up with me on the Baker Street East bound (heading towards Oxford Circus) Bakerloo line platform at about 8:50am. As we have to change at Oxford Circus to catch the Central Line to Bank to change for the DLR to Greenwich we could do the web cam cache and a couple of others as we pass through.
You could go and grab the Abbey Road Web Cam, the closest tube is then St John's Wood which is the next stop up from Baker Street.
Also, just in case you haven't noticed. The Oxford Circus web cam cache isn't at the listed co-ords, the actual co-ords are in the cache description.
My phone number in case we get lost is 07855 240888
Saturday 22nd November the Jubilee line is closed between Wembley and Waterloo, this means you will have to catch a route C bus from St John's to Baker St if you choose to get the Abbey Rd cache. Tube tickets cover London buses as well if you aren't aware.
