There's an area outside with tables specifically for people with dogs. But saying that, on the last visit a couple of dogs were wandering around wherever they wanted, inside the pub and out, and no ones seemed to mind. So guess that's the answer []
2 small traditional GC caches within a mile of the event have been ok'd by the groundspeak reviewers, and will be published on the morning of the 22nd June, the morning of the event. You will not be able to see the details yet, but for those of you who do not get alerts and want to keep a check for when the caches are published, the links to the two cache pages are HERE and HERE I haven't specified an exact time for publication, and so can't give any more details even if I knew them.. but that's more info than available anywhere else as yet
A traditional Offset TC has been hidden within a mile of the event too, but will be a couple more days before publication submission.
Wish I could come, but unfortunately there is no way I can get that day off work, and if I tried to come after work, I'd get there in time to see you go home - if I were lucky!

No worries Nick, really. Of course it would be great to see you again, but there's always another time. And as this is still testing the water a bit for me as far as events go, I am already thinking of the next one for later in the summer
Got all registered with the BCU the other day, and found out I can get 20% on this day at Cotswold Outdoor, looks like I will be buying some new boots finally.. As After this weekend gone I finally killed my old boots Viking Burial time..
If I look like I'm walking funny, might be due to the new boots.
Make sure they're a good fit right from the start. If there's the slightest rubbing whilst you are trying them out choose another pair. I made a mistake like that with one pair once thinking that I would be able to walk them in, but on a 15 mile that little rub added up to some nasty blisters. I loved my last pair, they felt almost like slippers the moment I put them on.
A TC has been published today very close to the event tomorrow, thank you Nick for doing that for me quickly. Neigh Bridge Trolls
Unlikely we will be there much before tea time. We are planning to start the GCW at 4:30am and I expect it to take 14 hours so expect us to hobble in about 7pm.
I shall be popping by at some point. Sadly i am having to move back Bristol way but i hope to be able to remain a cotswold cacher of sorts. So i will be grabbing a few caches around while. I am in the area.

Is it bad that I've been up since half 5 waiting for these to go live? I really want a FTF..
That's even earlier than I got up today. I don't think I have ever seen a cache published that early around here. I have seen a few come through around 7am, but usually most are a lot later than that.
