New caches to the west of Tetbury?

I posted this on the Gloucester Caching Facebook group and it was suggested that someone on this forum might know more.
We were out walking on Thursday a few miles to the west of Tetbury and came across a circuit of caches like this photo. We found five of them and signed the blank log books and suspect there are more (likely a bonus?). They appear to have been placed within the last week given the flattened grass near each one.

I am trying to find out who the CO is so that I can check whether they are happy for us to log then once they get published. They are also outside of our normal notification range.
It was an enjoyable circuit so I hope they do get published for others to enjoy!
