Perhaps this one we need to move as it clashes with not only the 2015 Geocaching International Film Festival weekend, if there is one near by but also it will be bonfire nights this weekend.
Didn't think that far ahead when setting the dates at the beginning of the year. There was bound to be something that conflicted with one of the set dates, and now there is. This actually affects me too as work colleagues will be involved with parades etc that weekend.
I have been a tad non-caching busy and so just catching up here. How does the Sunday after fare for people? I guess it will fit me better, but haven't checked work schedules yet.
Really would like one more north of the Cotswolds this time. Happy to be the main host if others are busy, but might need some suggestions for a location though.
If it's not in the way then I'll come by at some point, unless you have happen to be this way. Do you want to log it out the event, or shall I do it. Is the bottle still with it?
I have just had a look online at The Plough Inn at Ford, it has good reviews. If no one has any major objections I will see if I can book us there for Nov 15th.

I have the TC Bottle still in the box, I wasn't going to log them out as I felt best for you to do that or next event host maybe? I can log out and into the next event if you'd like once it's published.
I was out that neck of the woods today, and didn't get to Ford but all around it grabbing Church Micros, good area.

Logging them into the next will work.
Will see what tomorrow brings, might be able to pay the pub a visit.
I took a trip up there this afternoon, sacrificing my short bit of time I could of been out finding a few caches at least there was one just a few feet from the pub, so I got to find one this weekend
It was a lovely sunny day and it was very busy there, but they still had lots of room outside.. probably not want to be outside too long in mid November though, but at least a section of their outside tables closest to the buildings are covered by a large gazebo.
I didn't have time to eat, but the food looked good, and everyone I saw seemed to be eating happily. The prices looked about average to me for a good food pub, but I don't eat out often
Kids welcome, they have a play area outside. Dogs welcome on leads. Their website says 'welcome outside' but they have signs up both outside and in saying dogs welcome.
They are happy to have us there. I will write up the cache page in the next few days.
Saw this in the rear car park. I was told it was going to be a feature at the pub for a while before moving on, but can't say if the while will stretch to the event date...
